For publishers with more than 5 titles in print. If you are a publisher and are interested in having your title(s) considered for purchase and distribution by The News Group, please download and review our requirements as outlined in The News Group's New Book Vendor Overview. New Book Vendor Forms

After reviewing our New Book Vendor Overview we also require any prospective new vendor to complete our Book Publisher Information Form, which is available below.

Form Entry Instructions

This form requires Excel. Fill out the TNG Publisher Information Form completely.  It is a simple excel spreadsheet to allow you to copy/paste repetitive information as needed.  There are also a number of fields with drop-down lists for you to choose the appropriate response.

The completed TNG Publisher Information Form should be emailed to bookinfo@thenewsgroup.com along with the following:

• Current catalog or sell-sheet (if available)
• A copy of your co-op or marketing allowance policy. If you do not have a co-op or marketing allowance policy, please be sure to advise us in your covering email
• Current Terms and Conditions for the wholesale market

The National Book Department office will respond via email on whether your terms and conditions are approved. Go To the TNG Canada Book Publisher Form.

Publishers With Less Than Five Titles In Print

The News Group does not purchase self-published or print-on-demand books. If you are a small press or self-published author, there are a number of companies that have programs designed to meet your needs.

All of these companies are current vendors with The News Group. Just choose the best match for you.
